Account & Registration

Creating a pusat4d account is quick and free. Head to the Register, complete the form with your username, email address, Malaysian phone number, and password. Then enter your personal details such as your full name (as shown on your MyKad) and date of birth for verification. The entire process takes only 3 to 5 minutes. After registering, check your email for a verification link and you are ready to start playing.

The minimum age to register and use the pusat4d platform is 18 years old. This is a legal requirement that is strictly enforced. pusat4d uses MyKad verification during the registration process to ensure all members meet the age requirement. Any account found to have been registered using falsified age information will be terminated immediately, with the remaining balance returned upon completion of the investigation.

No. Each individual is only permitted to hold one pusat4d account registered under the same MyKad number. Having more than one account is a violation of pusat4d's Terms & Conditions and may result in the closure of all associated accounts, along with the forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings. If you are experiencing issues with your existing account, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Log in to your account, go to "Account Settings" and select "Security". Click "Change Password", enter your current password, then enter your new password twice to confirm. Your new password must be at least 8 characters long and contain a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers. If you've forgotten your old password, use the "Forgot Password" function on the Log In.

To update your phone number or email address, log in to your account and go to "Profile Settings". Changes to sensitive information require identity verification via OTP sent by SMS or email to your existing number/email. If you no longer have access to your old phone number, contact our support team via live chat and provide your MyKad number for manual verification.

You can permanently close your account using the "Permanent Self-Exclusion" tool under the "Responsible Gaming" menu in your account settings. Any remaining balance will be refunded to your payment method within 3–5 business days. Closure is final, and the same MyKad number cannot be used to register a new account. Deposit

pusat4d supports all major Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX online banking via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, Hong Leong Connect, and other major Malaysian banks. All methods are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The minimum deposit at pusat4d is as low as RM 20 across all payment methods. There is no maximum deposit limit set for standard accounts, though you can manage your daily limit through the self-control tools if you wish to keep your spending in check. Your first qualifying deposit will also activate your Welcome Bonus eligibility.

Deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, Boost, and ShopeePay are processed instantly — funds will appear in your pusat4d account within 1 to 5 minutes. FPX (online banking) deposits are typically processed within 5–15 minutes, depending on your bank's system. If your deposit has not appeared after 30 minutes, please contact our live chat support and include proof of the transaction.

pusat4d does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, some payment providers or your bank may apply a small transaction fee based on their own policies. We recommend checking with your eWallet provider or bank for details on any charges they may impose.

If your deposit fails, first check your eWallet or bank account balance to confirm whether the amount was deducted. If the amount was deducted but did not appear in your pusat4d account, contact our live chat support and include: your pusat4d account number, the date and time of the transaction, the deposit amount, and a screenshot of the payment proof. We will investigate and resolve the issue within 24 hours.

Withdrawal

Withdrawals to eWallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, DuitNow, Boost, ShopeePay) are processed within 15 to 60 minutes of submission. Withdrawals to Malaysian bank accounts via FPX are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Requests submitted on business days before 5:00 PM MYT are usually processed the same day.

The minimum withdrawal at pusat4d is RM50 across all payment methods. Daily withdrawal limits depend on your account verification level — accounts that have completed full MyKad verification enjoy higher daily withdrawal limits compared to basic accounts. pusat4d VIP members benefit from premium withdrawal limits as one of their loyalty privileges.

A withdrawal may be declined for several reasons: the bonus wagering requirements have not been met, the account has not completed full identity verification, the withdrawal method differs from the initial deposit method (source return policy), or the daily withdrawal limit has been exceeded. Check your notification email for the specific reason, or contact support for clarification.

For security and anti-money laundering purposes, pusat4d enforces a "return to source" policy — meaning your first withdrawal must use the same payment method as your first deposit, ensuring funds are returned to their original source. Once the return-to-source requirement is fulfilled, you may use any other registered withdrawal method in your account.

Log in to your pusat4d account and go to the "Sports Betting" or "Live" section. You will see a list of ongoing matches with live odds updated every few seconds. Select a match, choose your betting market (e.g. winner, handicap, total goals), enter your stake amount, and confirm. Live bets must be placed quickly as odds can shift with the flow of the match.

In general, bets that have been placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled. This is standard practice in the betting industry to ensure fairness. However, pusat4d offers a Cash Out feature for certain Sports Betting markets, allowing you to settle a bet early before the final result based on the current value of that bet.

Go to the Lottery in your pusat4d account. Choose your preferred 4-digit number (from 0000 to 9999), select a bet type (Big/Small/Box/iTrophy), enter your wager amount, and confirm. Draws are held according to a set schedule. Winnings are calculated based on the bet type and the position of your number in the draw results. Winnings are automatically credited to your account.

pusat4d offers three odds display formats: European (Decimal) Odds – e.g. 2.50 means every RM1 wagered returns RM1.50 in profit; Hong Kong Odds – e.g. 1.50 means RM1.50 profit for every RM1 staked; and Malay Odds – which uses positive/negative values.
