Only Malaysian citizens and residents aged 18 and above are eligible to register a Pusat4D account. Each individual is permitted to hold one account only.
All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements specified. Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash without first fulfilling the stated conditions.
Minimum deposit RM 20 via TNG, GrabPay, DuitNow, or FPX. Minimum withdrawal RM 30 with processing times of 5–30 minutes depending on the method.
Any fraud, use of multiple accounts, software manipulation, or bonus abuse will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active Pusat4D account. Owning multiple accounts is a serious breach of these Terms. Pusat4D employs sophisticated detection systems, including IP address checks, device information and transaction data, to identify duplicate accounts. Any duplicate accounts found will be closed immediately and all funds held therein may be forfeited.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Pusat4D platform is true, accurate, and up to date. This includes your full name, identification number, phone number, email address, and the bank account or e-wallet details used for transactions.
You are fully responsible for all activities that take place under your account. pusat4d recommends that you:

Pusat4D bonuses may not be combined with other bonuses unless explicitly stated. Pusat4D reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if there is evidence of promotional abuse, including but not limited to bonus arbitrage, hedge betting, and the use of multiple accounts.
All bonuses have a set validity period. Any unused bonuses or unfulfilled wagering requirements within that period will expire automatically. Please check the bonus expiry date in the promotions section of your account.
All bets placed on Pusat4D are subject to the betting rules set for each game category. It is your responsibility to understand these rules before placing any bets.
A bet is considered valid and binding once it has been confirmed by the Pusat4D system and a betting slip ID has been issued. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended except under circumstances specifically stated in the betting rules.
Pusat4d will settle all bets based on official results announced by the relevant sporting body. For Malaysia Super League football, official results from FAM are used. For international betting, authorised official data sources are used. In the event of a discrepancy or inconclusive result, pusat4d reserves the right to suspend settlement until the result is confirmed.

Any breach of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all account funds, and referral to the relevant authorities where necessary.

Pusat4D shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unexpected service interruptions, connectivity failures on the user's end, valid odds changes during bet confirmation, or match outcomes that differ from a member's expectations.
Decisions made by Pusat4D regarding bet settlement, winning payouts, and technical issues are final and binding on all parties, unless a clear error can be demonstrated and reviewed by our dispute resolution team.
All content on the Pusat4D platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, interface design, text, images, software and data, is the exclusive property of Pusat4D and is protected under applicable Malaysian and international intellectual property laws.
You are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, sell, or exploit any Pusat4D content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Pusat4D.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the Pusat4D platform must first be resolved through our internal complaints resolution process before any legal action is taken.
